Tell me a little more about yourself
I'm Todd Zurcher and I've been an Erie resident since 2016. We lived in Colorado previously but left for Kansas during the recession. We are so happy to have made our way back to Colorado where we belong.
I'm married to my wife Lori, have a daughter (Tina), a son who is a Junior at Erie High School (Jamison), and two beautiful black labs (Duke and Duchess). I'm an avid outdoorsman who enjoys climbing 14’ers, hiking, camping, hunting, fishing, and skiing.
Tell me about your business:
I have over 30 years of experience managing real estate sales and construction. I've managed sales and/or construction for residential and resort properties while serving as a member of several executive teams in Colorado, Arizona, and Baja California Sur, Mexico. Throughout my career, I've built and sold everything from Horse Barns in the Midwest to a World Class Resort Hotel and Fractional Residence Club in Mexico. Most recently, I was the Director of Construction for Koelbel & Company as well as a Senior Project Manager for Toll Brothers.
During this journey, I discovered that my experience successfully managing both sales and construction gives me a unique skill set to pass along to my clients throughout the home-buying process. Now representing my clients in real estate sales, I'm able to put my dual skillset to good use. I am able to bring a love of value and guidance thanks to the beginning part of my career.
Part of my current focus is to be a representative for those buying new homes. This is where my experience truly shines. I know the questions to ask because I've been on the other side. What to be worried about, what not to be worried about, and what to do about it along the way.
What do you love about having your business in Erie?
I like Erie because it's still a small town. My wife and I both grew up in small towns. I actually grew up in a town a similar size to Erie. We really enjoy living and working here. Downtown Erie is a place we love to bike to and really love all the community access & surrounding trail systems. It's an easy place to share with others that are looking for an amazing community to call their own.
