Kelly Block
Chair
Tape and Twine
Kelly is the proud owner of Tape and Twine, a business she started with a passion for helping the residents and businesses of Erie bring their ideas to life and share them with the world.
She is a mother of 3 and a Colorado native who received her undergraduate degree from CU Boulder and her Masters in Public Administration from CU Denver. Kelly started her business to provide fast, friendly, and convenient printing, shipping, and business services to Erie residents and businesses. She’s so appreciative of all the support she’s gotten since opening and is excited to bring her unique perspective to the EEDC to help support the exciting growth of this vibrant community.

Barry Luginbill
Past Chair
Cristos Coffee/ Me Biosciences
As the Chair of the Erie Economic Development Council, Barry Luginbill brings a wealth of experience from his diverse career, including his current roles as the owner of Cristos Coffee and the Vice President of Product Development at Me Biosciences. Formerly the Global Operations Manager at Veris Flow Measurement Group, Barry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and is a member of the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business Administration. A graduate of the 2019 Leadership Program of the Rockies and a long-time resident of the area since 1993, Barry is deeply committed to fostering sustainable growth and community engagement in Erie. His unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit and corporate expertise makes him a visionary leader in promoting balanced economic development in the region.

Todd Zurcher
Vice Chair
New Door Group, Compass
Todd Zurcher has been an Erie resident since 2016. His son Jamison (Jamo), graduated from Erie High School in 2024 and is currently a student at the University of Colorado (Go Buffs)! Todd is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys climbing 14’ers, hiking, camping, hunting, fishing, golf and skiing.
He is a Broker Associate/REALTOR® at the New Door Group with Compass. Todd serves as the Vice Chair for the Erie Economic Development Council and adds great value with his extensive experience in both commercial and residential development & construction.

Victoria Meyer
Treasurer
Piripi
Victoria Meyer was born and raised in Boulder and moved over seas after college to pursue real estate development and restaurants with her husband. Victoria has been an Erie resident since 2019 when she and her husband built the Coal Park Building home to many beloved businesses including her own, Piripi Restaurant. Victoria, her husband and two children adore Erie and are passionate about making Erie a successful place for small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Victoria is very involved in the Downtown / Old Town of Erie and an advocate for the continuedsupport of businesses in Downtown / Old Town.

Christina Pisano
Secretary
Research Boutique & The Peaceful Elephant
Christina Pisano has over 30 years of experience doing strategic market research for companies like MTV Networks, NBC Universal and Amazon, an MBA in Communications & Management, and is also a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. Since leaving the corporate world in 2011, she has founded or co-founded four companies, The Research Boutique, The Peaceful Elephant, iGame4, and 20 Every Day. She loves a challenge and is somewhat of an expert in the ins and outs of running a business – good and bad!
Christina is also a three-time cancer survivor who is working on balancing her need to be busy with taking time for self-care. Being given a 20% chance of survival at 11 years old, Christina personally understands the importance of being your best self and the impact it has on your outlook in life, on your health and accomplishing your goals.

Ronda Grassi

Ronda Grassi moved to Erie in 1999 and has seen it grow from 1500 people to 40,000! She served on multiple Boards in Erie, including the Town Board of Trustees. She has almost 40 years of experience running her own business, CADCO, along with Real Estate and Property management.
With a passion for Downtown Erie, she knows that the heart and soul of our community is a true treasure. Residents are proud of their downtown and really want to participate in the special events and charming atmosphere we have. She is committed to helping all businesses thrive and grow in Erie.

Cynthia Hogan

Cynthia is a seasoned business owner with nearly a decade of experience in the Erie community. Co-owner of Charmed 33 Boutique, Cynthia brings a wealth of knowledge in business management, entrepreneurship, and community engagement. Over the years, she has developed a deep passion for building meaningful connections, which has been one of her favorite aspects of doing business in Erie.
With three sons—two in college and one soon to start—Cynthia understands the importance of hard work and balancing personal and professional life. She graduated from Central Missouri State University with a degree in Broadcasting and Film and Speech Communication, which has been instrumental in refining her social skills and enhancing her ability to effectively connect with people.
Her unique combination of business acumen, leadership experience, and strong communication skills makes her a valuable asset to the executive board, where she is eager to continue contributing to the growth and success of the community.

Jeannie Hulse

Jeannie Hulse is the owner and agent of the State Farm Insurance Agency on Briggs Street, where she has been a dedicated member of the community and a business owner since 2002. With over 47 years of insurance experience, Jeannie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She actively engages in community initiatives, sponsoring events and participating in various organizations to foster local development.
As a board member of the EEDC, Jeannie is passionate about supporting fellow businesses and helping them thrive. Her commitment to building strong relationships and making a positive impact in the community drives her efforts, ensuring that she plays a vital role in the growth and success of the local economy.

As a dedicated healthcare professional and entrepreneur, Kristin brings a passion for health, fitness, and wellness to the Erie Economic Development Council. She’s a dentist that plays a role in ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare to multiple offices nationwide. Expanding her commitment to well-being, she opened YogaSix seven months ago, fostering a space for movement, mindfulness, and community.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Kristin is a devoted wife to Tony and a proud mom of three children (ages 11, 9, and 6). She finds joy in spending quality time with her family, exploring the outdoors through hiking, and traveling to new destinations. With a strong belief in the power of community-driven growth, she is eager to contribute to Erie’s economic and wellness landscape

Lindsay Watne is the owner of Lottie Lane, a home decor and gift boutique located in downtown Erie. Lindsay spent the last 14 years as a top-producing real estate agent in Colorado and decided to follow her dreams of opening up her own shop. Lindsay graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in real estate and finance. Lindsay grew up not too far from Erie in Broomfield. Lindsay is excited to be a resident + business owner in Erie, and is excited for the growth of the town. She is passionate about small businesses, serving her community and helping to bring Erie to the spotlight.
