Kelly Block

Kelly is the proud owner of Tape and Twine, a business she started with a passion for helping the residents and businesses of Erie bring their ideas to life and share them with the world.
She is a mother of 3 and a Colorado native who received her undergraduate degree from CU Boulder and her Masters in Public Administration from CU Denver. Kelly started her business to provide fast, friendly, and convenient printing, shipping, and business services to Erie residents and businesses. She’s so appreciative of all the support she’s gotten since opening and is excited to bring her unique perspective to the EEDC to help support the exciting growth of this vibrant community.

Christina Pisano
Vice President
Research Boutique & The Peaceful Elephant
Christina Pisano has over 30 years of experience doing strategic market research for companies like MTV Networks, NBC Universal and Amazon, an MBA in Communications & Management, and is also a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. Since leaving the corporate world in 2011, she has founded or co-founded four companies, The Research Boutique, The Peaceful Elephant, iGame4, and 20 Every Day. She loves a challenge and is somewhat of an expert in the ins and outs of running a business – good and bad!
Christina is also a three-time cancer survivor who is working on balancing her need to be busy with taking time for self-care. Being given a 20% chance of survival at 11 years old, Christina personally understands the importance of being your best self and the impact it has on your outlook in life, on your health and accomplishing your goals.

Victoria Meyer

Piripi
Victoria Meyer was born and raised in Boulder and moved over seas after college to pursue real estate development and restaurants with her husband. Victoria has been an Erie resident since 2019 when she and her husband built the Coal Park Building home to many beloved businesses including her own, Piripi Restaurant. Victoria, her husband and two children adore Erie and are passionate about making Erie a successful place for small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Victoria is very involved in the Downtown / Old Town of Erie and an advocate for the continuedsupport of businesses in Downtown / Old Town.

Lindsay Watne

Lottie Lane
Lindsay Watne is the owner of Lottie Lane, a home decor and gift boutique rooted in the heart of Erie. After 14 years as a top-producing real estate agent, Lindsay followed her lifelong dream of building a brand centered around home, beauty, and community. Although Lottie Lane has recently closed its downtown Erie storefront, Lindsay is actively searching for a bigger and better location—one that will allow the business to expand and better serve clients through elevated home décor, gifts, and a growing design side that includes custom window coverings, blinds, and drapery. Lottie Lane has also entered an exciting new chapter as the owner of Sunday Candle, bringing luxury, non-toxic candles into the Lottie Lane experience and expanding the brand’s signature lifestyle offering. A Colorado State University graduate with a degree in real estate and finance, Lindsay grew up nearby in Broomfield and remains deeply passionate about small business, serving her community, and helping Erie continue to shine.

Ronda Grassi

Ronda Grassi moved to Erie in 1999 and has seen it grow from 1500 people to 40,000! She served on multiple Boards in Erie, including the Town Board of Trustees. She has almost 40 years of experience running her own business, CADCO, along with Real Estate and Property management.
With a passion for Downtown Erie, she knows that the heart and soul of our community is a true treasure. Residents are proud of their downtown and really want to participate in the special events and charming atmosphere we have. She is committed to helping all businesses thrive and grow in Erie.

Dan Gump brings more than 30 years of sales and management experience to the Erie business community, with the majority of his career rooted in the outdoor industry. Growing up in Colorado shaped his passion for entrepreneurship, community, and the outdoors—values that continue to guide his work today.
An ultra-endurance athlete, Dan understands commitment, resilience, and long-term goal setting—traits he applies equally to business leadership. He has lived in Erie, Colorado since 2020 and has been actively involved in supporting local businesses since joining the team at Cyclerie in 2022. Dan currently co-owns Briggs Street Books and Music with his wife, where they are dedicated to fostering connection, culture, and community in downtown Erie.
Deeply invested in the town he calls home, Dan is passionate about helping Erie’s businesses thrive and is excited to support sustainable growth and a vibrant local economy.

Chris Recio

Erie Duct Cleaning Plus
Chris Recio is a dedicated entrepreneur, community advocate, and proud Marine Corps Veteran who brings discipline and technical expertise to the Erie business community. As the founder and owner of Erie Duct Cleaning Plus, Chris is passionate about improving local air quality and ensuring the efficiency of homes and businesses in the Erie, Colorado area.
Before launching his company, Chris honed valuable problem-solving skills as a US Marine and further as an IT professional, which provided the perfect foundation for meticulous, service-oriented work. This diverse background allows him to approach business ownership with unique precision.
Outside of work, Chris is a devoted family man who prioritizes spending quality time with his loved ones, actively supporting his daughters’ cheerleading goals, and enjoying local leisure activities like playing golf, attending country music concerts, and hunting. Driven by a deep commitment to his community, Chris’s core goal is to foster growth and help fellow Erie business owners succeed, reinforcing the strong local economy and tight-knit community network.

Kaleen is the proud owner of Java Island, the area's only non-chain coffee drive-thru. As a barista in college, Kaleen fell in love with coffee and its connection to the community. It was a 10-year dream that finally came to fruition in 2016. Since then, she's seen this community grow tremendously and experienced the highs and lows of small business ownership.
Always chasing new challenges, Kaleen is excited to bring her knowledge and enthusiasm for small business to the We Love Erie Collective. If you can't find her slinging beans at Java Island, she'll be outside enjoying nature, tackling home renovation projects or involved with animal rescue.
