Upstate Colorado Economic Development is a public/private non-profit economic development corporation that provides services to all of Weld County. Their work focuses on supporting primary employers and community initiatives.
Their goal is to help these employers bring new equity into the local economy. Upstate Colorado provides service to existing and expanding primary employers, and to those who are considering a Weld County location for their business.
